| Purpose:
Faith Lutheran Church Day Care Center has been established as a
service to the families of our community. We strive to provide a
well-rounded program, geared to the developmental needs of individual
children, to encourage them to progress at their own rate of speed,
and to live with them in such a way that they experience something of
what it means to be a child of God. |
Enrollment:
- Enrollment shall be open to any child, provided the school
can meet the needs of that child.
- Enrollment in the school will be granted without
discrimination in regard to sex, race, color, ethnic origin, creed,
or political belief.
- Enrollment shall be open to children of any religious belief,
provided the parents understand that the school, while not actively
teaching religion as part of the daily curriculum, is a mission of
outreach of Faith Lutheran Church, and endeavors through our daily
living experience to cultivate Christian attitudes and values.
A children's chapel service shall be conducted one day per week on a
day and time designated by the day care director. At the time
of holiday seasons, the Christian meaning of the season will be
celebrated as the main emphasis.
